If you aren't happy with your order, then neither are we!  So, let's figure this out, shall we? 

If your product arrives and does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date your product was delivered to return for a refund. To begin this process please take the following steps to get your return moving as quickly as possible.

We will only accept and process returns which have followed the instructions below.

Returns

  1. You must notify the Studio prior to returning any items.  Return shipping must be processed within 5 business days of notifying the Studio. You will NOT be eligible for a refund if this is not followed.

  2. Contact the Studio by filling out the contact fields at the bottom of this page. 1) Request a Return Form, 2) include your full name, 3) include the order number, and 4) include the reason for your return.  

  3. Once we receive your request, you will receive an email from the Studio with a Return Form.  Print and complete the Return Form and include it inside the package with the artwork to be returned.  

  4. Repack the artwork/product in its original packaging. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials equal to or higher quality than the original packing materials to send the product back safely. If the product is damaged in return shipping due to a packaging error, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

  5. Using the courier of your choice, address the return package to:

  6. Studio Florence Delaney is not responsible for return shipping charges.  Ship the return package using a traceable shipping method and email the shipping details, including the tracking number, to info@studioflorencedelaney.com If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  7. After the Studio receives the returned product in the same condition as originally purchased, a full refund to your original payment source in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as the original order (minus any additional fees incurred by the Studio, if any) will be processed within 10-15 business days.

Damaged in Transit

NOTE:  The Studio reserves the right to refuse any return if it was returned to us damaged and we were not contacted about it within 3 business days of the date you received it.​​

  1. If you receive the artwork/product damaged, please contact the Studio within 3 business days of the date you receive the package at info@studioflorencedelaney.com

  2. In the email provide: 1) your name, 2) order number, 3) details of the damage observed, 4) attached photos of the damaged artwork/product, and 5) attached photos of the original packaging.

  3. Save the original packaging.

  4. A representative from the Studio will contact you to discuss artwork/product return, replacement, and next steps.

Cancellations

  1. Any order can be canceled prior to shipment and a refund will be processed within 10-15 business days of you notifying the Studio. 

  2. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact the Studio as soon as possible by email at info@studioflorencedelaney.com

  3. Provide your name and order number. 

  4. Once the artwork/product is shipped, it is too late to cancel.  To keep you updated in a timely manner, a shipping email is sent the moment the item ships to the email address used when making the online purchase.
